Our goal is to reach as close to 100% of all active companies involved in residential construction in the Greater DFW area encompassing Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Wise, Parker, Johnson, Hood, Rockwall and Ellis Counties.

- Builder, Remodeler, Developer, Architect, Designer members of the Greater Fort Worth BA (GFWBA)
- Contractor members of Dallas and Fort Worth National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)
- Builder members of the Certified Master Builder Corporation (CMBC)
- Hard-to-reach active builders and remodelers who are not members of a local trade association. These are identified through: building permit reports; the former state registration requirement by the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC); registration data from builders attending Building SAVVY’s educational classes; expired but still active former members of the trade organizations
- Other architects and designers active in specifying products for residential construction in DFW.
- The three most recent issues of each magazine are posted on-line at BuildingSavvy.com, expanding the reach to industry associates and consumers interested in new and remodeled homes.
